As a result of these experiences our company focuses on providing what we feel is the best possible professional service for clients who require a more pro-active, friendly and reliable service.
Whilst employed I saw the frustration that clients feel when they are unable to get to speak to their accountant or are met by a secretary who constantly says "I'm sorry he's on the phone" or "I'm afraid he's still in a meeting". With this in mind I make it a point of letting all my clients have my mobile phone number and email address and whilst there will be times when I am on the phone or in a meeting I will always strive to return clients calls before they have to ring and chase. Client feedback is paramount to shaping the way our business runs so if you have an opinion about our service then please let us know.
